Amanie, Mel and I did a sprint tri at the Sports Academy a few weeks ago. It was a fast course and a lot of fun. We are doing the Cache Valley Classic Tri this weekend at Hyrum Reservoir...wish us luck. Thank heavens I have a wetsuit to borrow from my sister, know I just need a boat to pull me through the water :). Am and I have been in the lake a few times in the past week and it is chilly.
